歐盟史上最嚴(yán)格的玩具標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(EU) 2021/867，擬更新法規(guī)協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
2021年5月31日，歐盟在其官方公報(bào)上發(fā)布(EU) 2021/867決議，擬修訂歐盟玩具法規(guī)2009/48/EC的協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)清單。新的協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)清單如下：

該協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)清單將取代2019年歐盟在其官方公報(bào)上發(fā)布的（EU）2019/1728決議，本次變化主要基于如下考慮：
（1）指畫顏料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更新了多種著色劑的要求以及防腐劑的要求；
（2）亞硝胺標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更新，適用于更多類別的亞硝胺及相關(guān)物質(zhì)，同時(shí)檢測(cè)能力提高，設(shè)備可以達(dá)到更低的檢出限；
（3）電動(dòng)玩具規(guī)定了進(jìn)一步的警告，以確保消費(fèi)者更好地了解吞咽紐扣電池的危害。
下列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)即將失效，同時(shí)考慮到給玩具制造商足夠的時(shí)間使其產(chǎn)品適應(yīng)新的協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的規(guī)范，應(yīng)該有適當(dāng)?shù)倪^渡期：

2009/48/EC是歐盟的玩具法規(guī)，被稱為“史上最嚴(yán)格的玩具標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”規(guī)定了玩具的機(jī)械物理性能、燃燒性能、化學(xué)性能、放射性能、電動(dòng)安全性能等要求，這些要求的相關(guān)協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)會(huì)在歐盟官方公報(bào)上實(shí)時(shí)更新。產(chǎn)品只有滿足了這些協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)才會(huì)被假定滿足2009/48/EC能進(jìn)入歐盟市場(chǎng)流通。
